Common questions

Does Pull need an account or subscription?

No. Pull is paid once. There is no account, no login, no subscription.

Does Pull sync to iCloud or my other devices?

No. By design, Pull stores everything locally on the iPhone and Apple Watch it’s installed on. Use iOS Settings → iCloud Backup if you want a system backup; Pull is not involved.

My Apple Watch shots aren’t appearing on the iPhone.

WatchConnectivity needs both devices to be reachable to each other (paired, Bluetooth on, within range). Pull queues shots on the watch and delivers them the next time the iPhone is reachable. Force-quitting the iPhone app while a queued sync is pending can delay delivery; reopen the app to drain the queue.

How do I edit a shot after saving?

Tap the shot in the History tab.

How do I export my data?

v1 doesn’t have an export button. Email support@webgeeksai.in if you need this and we’ll prioritize it.

App Store reviewer note

Pull contains no third-party SDKs, no networking, and no account system. Test flow: launch app → press START → press STOP → shot is saved.
